Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, for your convenience, we supply everything needed for cleaning.

How and when do I pay for the services?

Payment is due on the day of each visit. We accept cash, checks, and bank transfers.

In emergency situations, we understand that timely payment may be challenging; therefore, we offer a grace period of up to 2 weeks to accommodate your needs.

Most domestic clients find it convenient to leave payment on the kitchen table. Checks must be made payable to “Pearly Home.”

Is your cleaning staff insured?

Yes, our cleaning team and all the staff of Pearly Home are insured.

How do you handle keys to the house or apartment?

Most of our customers are not at home when we clean their houses. We maintain detailed information about each client’s home, including pets, access, alarm codes, and any special instructions. You can give us a key, hide a key, provide a garage door code, or ensure someone is home when we arrive. If you give us the key, it will be placed on a code-numbered key tag and kept in a secure lockbox. Names and addresses are never attached to the key.

Do I have to sign a contract for your cleaning service?

No, there is no contract required for our cleaning services.

What should I do if I am unhappy with the service you provide?

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can address and rectify the situation.

Are Pearly Home's cleaning services insured?

Yes, all our services are fully covered by the company’s insurance providers.
